Dear visitor, welcome to J.Y.Workwear online store. J.Y.Workwearhas set some conditions to protect its business and valuable customers (like you). By doing business with us, you indicate your acceptance to our terms and conditions of use. So, please read this Agreement carefully. It governs your use of the J.Y.WorkwearWeb Site(the "Web Site") and the services and products provided through the Web Site.

1. General

  • J.Y.Workwear means J.Y.Workwear Company (trading as J.Y.Workwear).
  • Catalog means the catalog of products and services offered by J.Y.Workwear.
  • Business days means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank or other Public holidays.

2. Copyrights

All contents posted on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, labels, button icons, images, products name and description, trademarks, are the property of J.Y.Workwear or their respective owners, and protected by the Canadian Intellectual Property regulations.

3. Misprints and Errors, Product Availability, Prices and Orders

J.Y.Workwear endeavors to provide current and accurate information on the Web Site. Nevertheless, misprints or other errors may occur. Accordingly, J.Y.Workwear reserves the right to change the prices, fees and charges regarding the products and services available through the Web Site at any time and from time to time without any notice or liability to you or any other person. Also, J.Y.Workwear cannot guarantee that products or services advertised on the Web Site will be available when ordered or thereafter. J.Y.Workwear also reserves the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If you order products or services for which the price was incorrectly displayed, J.Y.Workwear will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price. If you order goods or services that are not available, J.Y.Workwear will notify you by email. J.Y.Workwear reserves the right to limit quantities sold. The advertisements on the Web Site are invitations for purchase orders, and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order shall be deemed to be accepted only if and when J.Y.Workwear sends both an order acceptance and shipment notice email to your email address. The order acceptance and shipment notice email constitutes J.Y.Workwear's acceptance of your order. If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by sending an email to sales@jyworkwear.com. However, J.Y.Workwearmay not receive and process your cancellation request before it accepts and processes your order, in which case your cancellation request may not be effective.

4. Your Membership Account

If you use this site, you are solely responsible and liable for any use and misuse of your login name and password and for all activities that occur under your login name and password.  You must ensure that all uses of your login name and password comply with this Agreement. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. J.Y.Workwear reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

5. Delivery

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. J.Y.Workwear makes every effort to dispatch products on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time. If J.Y.Workwear is unable to deliver the products within 30 days of the date of the order, the Customer will be entitled to cancel the order and require any monies paid to J.Y.Workwear in respect of that order to be refunded. Delivery is deemed to take place when the products are delivered to the Customers nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and all damage shall pass to the Customer. If the Customer cannot accept delivery, J.Y.Workwear may at its option:

  • store and insure the products at the Customers expense and risk or
  • sell the products at the best price reasonably obtainable and (after deducting reasonable storage insurance and selling costs) pay to the Customer any excess over the sale price or charge the Customer for any shortfall.

6. Trade names and Trade Marks

Trade names and marks (other than J.Y.Workwear) are not always indications of manufacturers but may also be indicative of general use systems and machines associated with such products. In the case of component purchases, Customers requiring a particular brand of product should check with J.Y.Workwear the manufacturer of component it is proposed to supply.
